We hunger and thirst for wise Peace and Dignity; our 24 hour livestream reinforces each of us and all together!
From Chicago to Cyberspace on Saturday January 17th 2026
Spirits are down: Amelia Love Pardo is sharing her birthday to share gratitude again: To the Precious Dignity of Us All. This livestream interactive teach-in explores subjects themselves such as Dignity, Human Rights, Coding, Peace on Earth, even the Moon and rain that you can see all yourself! We learn from the subjects themselves. Joining us to see our choices as we all might see, hear, explore, even engage in testing our learning together.
Proposals
We are inviting folx to submit to be on our livestream. Read the submission guidelines and join us. It's not too late.
Too many schools force learners to repeat more than think.
Teachers force only one answer, where whole worlds of play, thought, curiosity and maybe even wisdom might emerge. When teachers stop caring what learners think, we stop caring about our own thoughts. We stop thinking. We let others think for us. We wake up in a prison and wonder how we got here. Sometimes we attempt to stop what’s wrong and we violate our own dignity. We see, hear, and feel each other less and less. Do we give up? If we guard the status quo, things get worse. We wonder why we don’t vote?
We make each other stronger with joy in learning.
We must share joy in learning if we are to save the world. We aspire to what Adrienne Maree Brown has called Pleasure Activism: we want to change the world with joy and healing. Joining us, you may not only find something you are passionate about: you can help others share about it too. We start with joy: moon gazing, dignity stories, art and meditation. We help each other even with email. Things like Human Rights which put most of us to sleep or, even worse, make us sad shall be explored as we protect Dignity! This is not just saying nice things, this is neighbors hearing each other:
- Exploring our choices to help uphold Human Rights
- Deep canvasing training
- Nonpartisan public debates with Dignity
Our learners love us because we meet them where they are at.
We are interested in your ideas even as we are united in purpose for Human Rights, Dignity and Peace. We have hosted hundreds of workshops and are a 4.9 star rated Meetup host. Join us to make good service the new norm in a society which grounds dignity and Human Rights at each center.

Proposals (It's not too late)
We all want to act now for Dignity and Human Rights. Yet profiteers exploit a fog of info to bate us to hate. We will not take the bate. We are here to help one another not take the bait. Yet our art: our listening, living, hoping and making will change the world. Help us make our joy more rich! Share a story, a song or poem. Even a picture of the moon or snow. Alternatively, share a dialogue where each point of view in a Human Rights debate is explored. Practice deep canvassing and listening before debate on our own time to test ourselves.
Guidelines
Our Purpose:
To make all our dignity shine with peace, human rights and literacy.
-
Write a brief summary (can be a summary + three strengths) 75 words max
-
Any submission should be minimally rehearsed with our team before acceptance at the nearest available day and time.
-
Typically a rehearsal is less than a half hour. For challenging vulnerable ideas we may reserve more time to develop an idea (especially when experts are hard to reach) but as of now we intend to accept proposals until we sign off as much as able.
-
Baits to violate dignity are challenged without judgement, not normalized.
-
We are a charity: we must always above all else intend no harm.
-
This is an event for a general audience. Content should be inclusive and not graphic.
-
Facilitation needs independence: we don't suggest a specific idea is right.
-
We may ask you to make a submission shorter, more succinct or work with us on time even bounds.
How we help
- We want to help everyone do their best work.
- We co-faciliate or even may facilitate depending on the challenge.
- We will work to make sure we work with experts when lacking expertise.
- We want to say yes.
- We value your time.
Human Rights Inquiries
- We are here to advance Human Rights, while we are open to dialogue, we may choose to advance content that advances our mission as a charity.
- No proposals can specifcally advocate candidates or parties.
- Different common points of view are considered.
- If a perspective is being left out the facilitator may introduce more.
- These already have a facilitation. You just need to rehearse with us.
Email Beaei to share your proposal for now or later.
Please consider donating to Code? Whatever!
